LAUGH N LEARN: MindFul Minutes at work

Mindfulness exercises help us to increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety, and depression, and focus our attention so we can serve our clients safely and effectively. It can even lower blood pressure, calm the nervous system, and boost life satisfaction! Practicing mindful-minutes during the workday can keep you feeling fresh and avoid burnout. Use these exercises with your clients to promote health and healing.

Join our series of 8 one-hour sessions to learn:

  • What is mindfulness

  • Variety of 5-minute mindfulness techniques

  • How/when to incorporate these mindful minutes into your work day

Sessions include lecture, discussion, and experiential learning.

LAUGH N LEARN: CREATING SACRED SPACE FOR HELPERS AND HEALERS

As helpers and healers, setting up sacred space allows us to connect to our intuition, our helpers (angels, the Universe/God, spirit guides), and create energetic boundaries to support us when we are in session with clients. Having a routine or practice throughout the day allows us to maintain the sacred space.

Come to a one hour Laugh and Learn session to learn, chat, and share ideas. What is sacred space? How do we incorporate it into our sessions? Does it make a difference in our practice?
