About Pam

Becoming a Registered Nurse gave me one important piece of the puzzle. For more than fifteen years, I cared for people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Nursing taught me to think critically, stay calm under pressure, listen deeply, and see the whole person rather than just the diagnosis. I loved the work, but I was always curious about what happened beyond medicine. Why do some people move forward while others stay stuck? Why do we repeat the same patterns even when we desperately want something different?

That curiosity led me into more than twenty years of study and personal exploration. Along the way I've trained in Holistic Nurse Coaching, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Reiki, Healing Touch, meditation, intuition development, energy healing, shamanic practices, shadow work, inner child healing, trauma-informed approaches, and spiritual development. I've also been fortunate to learn from incredible teachers, books, workshops, and experiences that have shaped both my life and my work.

People sometimes ask me how nursing and spirituality fit together. To me, they've never been separate. Both are about seeing the whole person, listening deeply, and creating a space where healing becomes possible. One simply gave me a scientific language, while the other helped me understand the parts of being human that science doesn't always explain.

The deepest lessons, though, didn't come from my training.

They came from my own life.

The end of my marriage, after discovering years of betrayal, became one of the most painful experiences I've ever lived through. At first, I thought the work would be about healing from betrayal. Instead, it became about rebuilding my relationship with myself.

I stopped asking, "Why did this happen to me?" and started asking, "What parts of myself have I left behind?"

That question changed everything.

Over time, I found myself returning to the younger parts of me that had learned to stay small, question their worth, or wait for someone else to choose them. I stopped trying to become someone better and started remembering who I had always been.

Ironically, what felt like the ultimate betrayal became the beginning of the deepest self-love I'd ever experienced.

That experience changed not only my life, but the way I work with people.

It's why I believe I can't take my clients somewhere I haven't been willing to go myself. I don't teach theories I've only read about. I share what I've practiced, questioned, challenged, and lived. I'm still learning, still growing, and still discovering new parts of myself. The difference is that I no longer see growth as fixing myself. I see it as coming home to myself, over and over again.

Over the years I've realized something surprisingly simple.

I don't believe people need fixing.

I think most of us have spent years buried beneath fear, conditioning, responsibilities, trauma, expectations, and other people's ideas of who we should be. My role isn't to tell you who to become. It's to help clear away what obscures who you already are.

I believe the wisdom you're looking for has been within you all along.

Sometimes we simply need someone to walk beside us while we remember.

That's why I created The CLARITY Method. It's not about becoming a different person. It's about reconnecting with yourself so you can make decisions from clarity instead of fear, trust yourself again, and build a life that feels deeply aligned with who you are.

Outside of my work, I'm a mom, a lifelong learner, and someone who finds a lot of joy in ordinary moments. You'll usually find me in my garden, walking forest trails, painting, reading, playing my Native-style flute, having long conversations over coffee, or laughing at the antics of my rescue rabbit, Pesto, who reminds me daily that life doesn't always have to be so serious.

I believe healing happens in extraordinary moments.

But I also believe it happens in ordinary ones.

A conversation that changes your perspective.

A quiet morning with your coffee.

A walk in the trees.

A deep breath.

A genuine laugh.

A moment when you realize you've been trusting yourself without even noticing.

Those moments matter.

If you've found your way here, maybe part of you has the same quiet feeling I've carried for most of my life—that there has to be another way to live.

I believe there is.

And if you're ready, I'd be honoured to walk beside you while you remember who you've always been.

The wisdom you seek has always been within you.

Sometimes we simply need someone to walk beside us while we remember.

Hi! I’m Pam Elari.

"I never wanted a better life. I wanted my life."

For as long as I can remember, I've had this feeling that there had to be another way to live. Even as a little girl, I knew life was meant to be more than surviving, pleasing other people, and carrying everyone else's burdens. I didn't know what that "other way" looked like, but I never stopped looking for it.

Looking back, I realize I wasn't searching for a better life at all. I was searching for myself.

That search eventually became my life's work.

Today, I help women remember who they've always been.

Not because I've figured life out, but because I've spent more than twenty years asking the same questions my clients ask themselves. Questions like: Who am I? What do I really want? Why do I keep repeating the same patterns? How do I trust myself again?

My journey started long before I became a nurse. Growing up in a difficult home taught me many of the patterns I now see in the women I work with every day. I learned to read the room, take care of everyone else, and disconnect from myself whenever life felt overwhelming. Those strategies helped me survive, but they also pulled me away from my own voice.

For a long time, I believed there was something wrong with me.

Now I understand that I'd simply lost touch with myself.
