Hi! I’m Pam

I’m a former registered nurse, intuitive healer, Lightworker mentor, and spiritual teacher. My purpose is guiding others to awaken their gifts, release blocks, and embody their full potential as healers and Lightworkers.

My own healing journey has included chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, a tumultuous childhood, and navigating a recent marriage breakdown. These experiences taught me firsthand how deeply our emotional, physical, and spiritual health are connected — and how truly possible it is to heal, transform, and rise.

I spent almost 20 years developing my spiritual practice, learning to connect with my guides, strengthen my intuition, and understand the energetic roots of pain and patterns. Leaving my nursing license behind was a powerful choice to fully honor the path my soul has been asking me to walk.

I live in St. Albert with my two amazing children. I love tea, puddle jumping, walking barefoot, living-room dance parties, and everything crafty (especially watercolor painting). I’m a proud “exactly-on-time” person and I always stop to smell the roses.
